The first of our bull calves are sold in the Spring of each year at around 13-14 months old, and we always encourage early viewing to ensure customers can choose from as many bulls as possible. We have bulls for sale throughout the year, so please let us know if these timings do not suit you.
Our customers typically prefer to purchase bulls directly, because they find it easier. They can wander freely amongst the bulls and and enjoy seeing them in their working clothes. Many also find that collecting or taking delivery of their bull at a time that suits them helpful. Our preference is to sell bulls at home too, but we do offer bulls for sale at Stirling Bulls Sales.
The bulls are the product of a strict selection and breeding program that puts profitability at its heart. Animals must be fertile, long-lasting, and efficient. Our Breeding Philosophy page has more details on this.
We are always on-hand to guide customers towards a bull that suits their system and their budget should they wish. We encourage customers to view our cow herd and to see the Dams of any bulls they are interested in.

Yes, we fertility test all our bulls in Spring each year. We remove any bull which does not satisfy us from the sale group.
No matter how good a bull looks or how strong the data behind him is, he needs to get cows in-calf. We stand behind each and every one of our bulls, and are only a phone call away if there are any issues.
