We have four Shorthorn heifers forward for the sale in Stirling in October. These are the first Sovereign of Upsall heifers that we have offered for sale.
Amongst them is Duchess 8523, a powerful, deep heifer with strong maternal data and EBVs behind her. Her Dam (pictured below) has had 8/8 unassisted calves and is scanned back in calf with her ninth due in the first week of calving 2027.
8523’s maternal line goes directly back to Duchess 690 who produced Braveheart, Covenanter, and Duke. Both Braveheart and Duke were February sale champions, and Covenanter was sold privately at 18 months old.
